In the event of withdrawal of consent by the data subject or their representative, THE EDGERS LTD has the right to continue processing the personal data without the data subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, as well as in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR (lawfulness of processing) and Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure), where applicable.
