- Felix holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Service and Business, and has completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD. He is a certified expert in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and T&D Group methodologies.
- He is also certified in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum, with expertise in product development, team organization, and collaboration within agile frameworks. In addition, Felix is a certified business trainer and an accredited expert by the Service Quality Institute.
