His expertise spans global financial institutions and diversified holdings. Felix has deep experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs, facilitating team sessions, driving cultural transformation, building HR systems, and establishing management frameworks.
  • Felix holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Service and Business, and has completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD. He is a certified expert in Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and T&D Group methodologies.

  • He is also certified in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum, with expertise in product development, team organization, and collaboration within agile frameworks. In addition, Felix is a certified business trainer and an accredited expert by the Service Quality Institute.

  • He further enhanced his qualifications through the Harvard Negotiation Project at CMPartners in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Project monitoring, key account management and coordination of client relationships, as well as team formation and performance oversight. Responsibilities also include providing second-opinion assessments, gathering market references, and leading complex negotiations on terms of engagement.
