His expertise covers large-scale leadership assessments, executive development initiatives, and supporting organizations through strategic and operational transformations. Over the course of his career, Rustam has successfully delivered more than 300 executive search and leadership projects.
Since joining The Edgers in 2019 as a Partner, Rustam has drawn on more than 17 years of executive search experience. Earlier in his career, he built regional development strategies, managed key client relationships in the chemical sector, and contributed to international projects in Latin America.
He is fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish.

- Rustam graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in Marketing. He later completed executive search consulting programs at Cornell University in New York and a consulting firm management program at Harvard Business School.
