Rustam advises clients in heavy industry and energy on the search, assessment, and development of senior leaders. He leads projects to appoint top executives, functional heads, and independent board members, and works with companies to design and strengthen advisory councils. His expertise spans large-scale leadership assessments, executive development initiatives, and supporting organizations through strategic and operational transformations. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered more than 300 leadership assignments.
Since joining The Edgers in 2019 as a Partner, Rustam has drawn on more than 15 years of executive search experience. Earlier in his career, he built regional development strategies, managed key client relationships in the chemical sector, and contributed to international projects in Latin America. He works fluently in Russian, English, and Spanish.

- Rustam graduated from the State University of Management with a degree in Marketing. He later completed executive search consulting programs at Cornell University in New York and a consulting firm management program at Harvard Business School.
