Elizaveta advises owners and senior executives of leading financial institutions on the search and development of key talent. She has worked in executive search since 2015, with a strong focus on the financial sector and fintech.
Her experience also spans cross-industry CFO searches, with more than 40 successful placements across sectors including industrial companies, investment firms, retail, and financial services. In addition, she has led projects on compensation and incentive systems for top teams, as well as leadership assessment and development initiatives.

- Elizaveta completed a one-year Executive Systemic Coaching program with Jan Ardui in 2023 and earned her Hogan Assessments certification in 2021. She also holds a degree in applied mathematics and robotics, specializing in neural networks.
- Outside of work, she is passionate about wakesurfing, astronomy, and robotics, and plays in a music band.
