Rustam has more than five years of experience specializing in senior executive search in the real estate sector, with a focus on management and construction. He recruits candidates for CEO and CEO-1 positions across Russia, the CIS, and Central and Eastern Europe (including Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria).

- Rustam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from HSE University. He is fluent in English and is a co-author of articles published in the European jounal EuroBuild CEE.
- He has a strong interest in psychology and is currently studying coaching. In his free time, Rustam enjoys cycling and running; he has completed two half marathons.
