Stella has more than 10 years of experience in senior executive search for banks, financial institutions, and IT companies, with a particular focus on capital and the development of the GCC region. Her expertise includes recruiting top managers for banks, investment funds, family offices, and more.
At The Edgers (ex. Odgers Berndtson Russia), Stella focuses on CEO and CEO-1 searches in Russia and abroad, as well as C&B research with an emphasis on corporate and investment banking, asset management, investment and private equity funds, family offices, and private banking.
She also brings in-house experience, having held roles such as HR Director, Head of Recruitment, and Executive Search Lead, and has advised founders of international technology startups as an HR Advisor.

- Stella completed the Human Resource Management program at HSE University and holds a degree in Economics from Stavropol State University. She is certified in assessment center methodology (HSE University), professional testing with Ontarget, and career consulting.
- She is fluent in English and is currently studying Arabic. Stella is particularly interested in personnel assessment, as well as the culture and history of the Middle East. In her free time, she enjoys squash, cycling, and reading.
