Antonina is an expert in leadership and team development, talent management systems, and organizational transformation. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR consulting and project management across both international and Russian companies.

At The Edgers, Antonina focuses on the assessment and development of executives and top teams, the design and facilitation of strategic and developmental team sessions, and the creation of comprehensive leadership development programs. She also has extensive experience in building talent management systems, conducting talent audits, and managing change. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at leadership consulting firms, where she delivered large-scale projects for major clients across multiple industries.

In her work, Antonina combines systemic thinking, a business-oriented approach, and a genuine passion for people and their growth.
  • Antonina holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Credit, and also completed coursework in Marketing and Marketing Research in the United States.

  • Her experience includes training in assessment center facilitation and competency-based interviewing, as well as programs by Franklin Covey such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, Leading at the Speed of Trust, and Great Leaders. She is certified in the Hogan Assessments, and multiple Decision Dynamics tools including Executive Suite™, 360, and CultureView™, where she later qualified as a Master Trainer.

  • In addition, Antonina has advanced her skills in facilitation and systemic executive coaching, completing the Executive Coaching Workshop with Jan Ardui.
