- Kirill graduated from the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Turkish Language and History of Turkey. He also earned a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the same institute.
- In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, photography, and sports.
