Isa specializes in leadership development projects, including development programs, team sessions, and individual executive assessments. His previous experience in consulting, an IT startup, and a large corporation allows him to view challenges from a systemic perspective and connect business objectives with team development goals.
He has worked in leadership development for more than five years. In his work, Isa draws on best international practices as well as advanced approaches in psychology and organizational behavior.
- Isa graduated from the Faculty of Global Processes at Lomonosov Moscow State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.
- He is certified in Group Dynamics and Leadership in Organizations (GRC) and holds ICF-accredited coaching certification.
- In his free time, Isa enjoys swimming and singing.
