Since 2016 Ksenia focuses on executive search and assessment for the transportation, logistics, and heavy industry sectors. She leads projects to recruit top executives and functional leaders and heads the firm’s Supply Chain and Logistics practice.
- Ksenia graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Organizational Management. She holds a certification in Hogan Assessment Systems.
- A Master of Sport in alpine skiing, she is passionate about freeride and regularly competes in national tournaments.
Responsible for expert project oversight, key account management, negotiation of cooperation terms, team formation and supervision, and finalist evaluation.
