At The Edgers, Polina leads the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership assessment, and since 2017 has also worked as an executive coach and facilitator of leadership programs.
Before joining The Edgers, Polina oversaw HR operations for Apple across Russia and Eastern Europe. Earlier in her career, she spent over five years at an international recruitment firm, where she headed several practices and focused on developing and coaching practice leaders.

- Polina holds a degree in Psychology with a thesis on “Motivation of Senior Executives.” She is a certified coach under the Psychodrama in Business, Coaching, and Training program and completed the one-year Systemic Executive Coaching program with Jan Ardui in 2018.
- Polina is also a certified expert in the Hogan Assessments® methodology, holds a GRC certificate in Group Dynamics and Leadership in Organizations, and has completed the Facilitation of Strategic Sessions program with Timofey Nestik.
Responsible for expert project oversight, key account management, negotiation of cooperation terms, team formation and supervision, and finalist evaluation.
