Since 2012, Nana has specialized in top-team assessment, leadership development, and both group and individual coaching, as well as in designing educational programs for senior executives.

- Nana has completed executive education programs at IMD, Wharton, and INSEAD business schools. She is a certified executive coach (UC Berkeley, USA) and a certified coach of the Institute of Psychodrama and Coaching under the Psychodrama in Business program.
- Nana is also a certified expert in the Hogan Assessments® and LeaderFit® methodologies for evaluating senior executives, and she holds GRC certification in Group Dynamics and Leadership in Organizations.
