Nana focuses on HR, Government Relations, Banking & Finance, and leadership development. She has worked in executive search since 2004. Before joining The Edgers (formerly Odgers Berndtson Russia), she spent five years leading a partner firm, Lyte Talent Solutions.
Since 2012, Nana has specialized in top-team assessment, leadership development, and both group and individual coaching, as well as in designing educational programs for senior executives.
Responsible for expert project oversight, key account management, negotiation of cooperation terms, team formation and supervision, and finalist evaluation.
