Irina heads the market’s largest practice dedicated to the industrial segments of Technology, Data, Media, Entertainment, and Sports. Each year, her team delivers more than 200 executive search projects worldwide, covering roles such as CEO, CDTO, CIO, CTO, Chief Data Officer, and CISO.
Alongside executive search, she focuses on leadership and top-team assessments, as well as long-term development programs for senior executives across multiple industries.
Irina also works closely with technology leaders in coaching and mentoring formats, particularly when companies are preparing for their next stage of growth and need to drive business transformation and cultural change. She is a mentor with the Women in Tech and Women in Big Data initiatives.

- Irina holds a dual MIEX master’s degree from ICN Business School in France and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy.
- She is a certified expert in Hogan Assessments for evaluating senior executives and a certified executive coach trained in the Jan Ardui model and at the Institute of Psychodrama and Coaching. Irina is also a graduate of the Evolution program and is currently training to become a Hoffman Process facilitator.
- Outside of work, she is passionate about wake surfing, travels extensively, and is deeply engaged in personal development.
