Olga focuses on leadership development through individual and team coaching. She designs and facilitates long-term development programs and team sessions for senior executives.
With more than 20 years of experience in HR management and leadership development, Olga has held managerial roles in international organizations. From 2008 to 2017, she worked at the SKOLKOVO Business School, where she advanced from Head of Corporate Programs to Deputy Director of the Wealth Management and Philanthropy Center. During this time, she created and led a number of educational initiatives for executive teams and emerging leaders at major global and Russian corporations.
Olga has been a business consultant since 2008 and has practiced coaching since 2016.
- Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology (1998) and a Master of Science in International Management from Oxford Brookes University (1999). She also completed a short-term program in Behavioral Economics at Yale School of Management.
- In 2016, she earned an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD. Olga is a certified coach in the Individual Directions Inventory™ (2020).
- She also holds certificates from international group dynamics and relations conferences: “Hidden Dynamics in Organizations: Identity, Authority and Power in Times of Online Communication” (2021) and “Roles in Organizations – Exploring Authentic Leadership in Times of Change” (2022).
