Daria specializes in senior executive search for roles such as CEO, BU Head, CMO, and CCO. She has expertise at the intersection of online and offline markets, both in Russia and internationally, and is a member of the firm’s Research Products practice, focusing on compensation systems and organizational structures.

She began her career in the FMCG and Retail practice before expanding her expertise into adjacent O2O and omnichannel sectors. Today, Daria focuses on the digital segment as part of the TIMES practice.
  • Daria graduated with honors from MGIMO University with a degree in Political Science. She also completed a study program at Sciences Po in Paris.
