Vladislav joined The Edgers in 2024 after completing an internship. He specializes in executive search for CEO and CEO-1 positions in the consumer sector and also participates in projects researching motivation systems and compensation levels.
Before joining The Edgers, he worked as an analyst at a real estate agency and developed his own projects in consumer goods trading and automated NFT trading. He also took part in case championships at MIPT, HSE, and other leading universities.

- Vladislav is currently studying at the Faculty of Psychology at HSE University. In addition, he holds a MicroDegree and a diploma in professional retraining in Financial Markets and Financial Analytics. He also completed programming training at School 21.
- In the past, he played checkers professionally, competing in international tournaments and winning prizes at the Russian Cup. Vladislav enjoys intellectual games and various quizzes. He is also passionate about volleyball, skiing, football, cinema, and traveling.
