Alexey brings over 15 years of experience in executive search. Since 2013, he has focused on assessing and developing leadership potential, and in 2020 he took the lead of this practice at The Edgers.
He designs and delivers both long- and short-term development programs for senior executives, runs group coaching and facilitation projects, and conducts team sessions. His industry expertise includes financial services, diversified holdings, real estate, consumer goods, and retail.
Alexey combines a deep understanding of industry-specific differences with insight into the common behavioral patterns of leaders. This allows him to accurately assess group dynamics, adapt development approaches with flexibility, and guide teams through complex processes.
He is also a co-founder of the HRD Club.

- Alexey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (1998) and earned MA degrees from the Central European University in 1999 and the College of Europe in 2001.
- He is certified in the Hogan Assessments® and LeaderFit® methodologies for evaluating senior executives, and also completed GRC certification in Group Dynamics and Leadership in Organizations.
- In 2015, he finished a one-year leadership development program at MetaIntegral Academy (USA), followed by a coaching program at the Center for Leadership Maturity in 2017. He is also a certified coach under the “Psychodrama in Business” program of the Institute of Psychodrama and Coaching.
- In 2019, Alexey completed a one-year Executive Systemic Coaching program with Jan Ardui, and in 2020 he attended the six-day “Modeling Excellence” course by Judith DeLozier.
Responsible for expert project oversight, key account management, negotiation of cooperation terms, team formation and supervision, and finalist evaluation.
