Anna has specialized in executive search for the consumer sector since 2007, with a strong focus on retail and e-commerce. She also leads leadership assessment and development projects for top teams across industries and drives the firm’s research agenda, including best practices reviews, organizational design studies, compensation frameworks, and market salary benchmarks.
With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, Anna heads the Consumer Goods practice. She is a certified Hogan Assessments® practitioner for senior executive evaluation, has completed the Executive Coaching program at the International Coaching Institute of Jan Ardui, and is a certified coach with the Institute of Psychodrama and Role Training.
Her work spans expert oversight of complex projects, key account management, structuring cooperation agreements, building and leading teams, and evaluating finalist candidates.
